Chief Executive Officer
Vince DeLuca is responsible for all aspects of Logicalis US. He joined Logicalis in 2010 as the Chief Operating Officer. A decisive leader with established expertise designing and optimizing technology to drive business performance, Vince has held senior roles in various disciplines with Fortune 100 and entrepreneurial firms.
Prior to Logicalis, Vince served as Senior Vice President for Wipro with responsibility for Infrastructure Practice Service Delivery and Client Engagement. He joined Wipro in 2004 when Wipro acquired Infocrossing where he was a key executive. Vince guided Infocrossing through multiple acquisitions and organic growth initiatives.
Before Infocrossing, Vince managed the strategy group responsible for defining and implementing overall strategic direction for SMS, a midsized IT outsourcing firm. He also served as Vice President, Solutions Development for Marconi’s worldwide Enterprise Division, and was a board appointed member of the Global Executive Team responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a new Enterprise Division.
Chief Financial Officer
Rich Pirrotta joined Logicalis in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer bringing over 25 years of experience in senior leadership in manufacturing and technology. Rich is charged with spearheading the company’s U.S. growth and overall expansion, while maintaining sound fiscal management and controls. He provides executive direction for the finance, accounting, tax and strategic planning functions of the organization, making corporate finance an enabling partner to the business.
Prior to Logicalis Rich was Managing Director of the Whitehall Group where he provided senior operational leadership. Rich has served in President, Vice-President, COO, and CFO roles as a line executive, as well as spending ten years with Deloitte, first with their Management Consulting practice in Detroit, and later, with their M&A practice in New York. As a consultant and adviser, he has contributed significant value to companies such as General Motors, RJR Nabisco, United Technologies, Merck, Chevron, and more. He has helped several organizations navigate growth, restructuring and turnaround through Michigan’s time of economic downturn and subsequent recovery.
He is a member of the National Speakers Association, and has taught in MBA programs at Wharton and the University of Michigan. He previously served as Chairman of Wharton’s Global Alumni Association, with responsibility for an alumni network of over 85,000 graduates. Rich holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State, and a MBA in Financial Management and Operations Management from Wharton.
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Jim Reichwein joined Logicalis in January 2015 as Senior Vice President responsible for Logicalis Sales and Marketing in the United States. Jim is bringing over 25 years of experience across the technology industry. Jim is well suited for the task of expanding the Logicalis US go-to-market strategy, driving growth and providing executive direction for the company’s sales and marketing organizations.
Jim comes to Logicalis from NTT Data where he served as Senior Vice President leading the company’s North American sales organization for the financial services and insurance markets. Prior to this, Jim served in a variety of sales and operational leadership positions with Computer Sciences Corporation, IBM Global Services, EDS and Perot Systems. At each of these stops, Jim delivered significant sales growth while fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and hard work.
Jim is involved in numerous community outreach initiatives. He is a founding member of the Woody’s Circle of Care Foundation, a charitable foundation that helps Philadelphia-based families in need. In addition, Jim and his wife Susan climbed Mount Kilimanjaro to raise funds to feed Philadelphia-based homeless families and he travels annually to coach basketball to children at The Mission of Hope (Haitian Orphanage). Jim is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.
VP Product Sales Operations
Dan Sytsma joined Logicalis in 2003 bringing over 25 years of sales management experience to the company. He was promoted to Senior Vice President Sales in 2007. In this role, Dan was responsible for the sales of Logicalis' key partners, complementary partners, and Logicalis services in the US.
Prior to joining Logicalis, Dan had a very successful 12 year sales career at HP. While at HP he was the General Manager for the Central area and also held a number of first and second line management positions for HP on the East coast. In this capacity his primary focus was on developing new accounts within the general territory. He led his teams to outstanding sales results and at the same time forged strong relationships with the channels to grow the overall business. He also has prior sales management experience with ROLM Corporation and Tektronix.
Senior Vice President, Solutions & Services
Mike Martin is Senior Vice President for Solutions and Services and is responsible for the strategy and services for Logicalis U.S.
Prior to this role, Mike was the Vice President for Logicalis' Cloud Solution group responsible for developing and taking to market the cloud computing strategy.
With over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, Mike brings a wealth of management, consulting experience, industry trends & insight to Logicalis. Mike joined Logicalis via acquisition in 2006 and since then he has held numerous positions including Business Development Manager, Area Sales Director, and Director of Cloud Computing.
Prior to joining Logicalis, Mike spent 10 years at IBM, where he worked in various consultant and sales roles consulting on consolidation and virtualization technologies. Throughout his career, Mike has been a frequent speaker at events and collaborates with key technology providers in structuring innovative solutions.
Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Eric Tilds joined Logicalis in 2011, and was named Executive Vice President & General Counsel for Logicalis US in 2013. He leads the company's Legal Services Group and is responsible for the company's legal work, compliance and risk management. He also serves as Logicalis’ corporate secretary.
Eric has more than 15 years of experience as a general counsel to technology companies. Prior to joining Logicalis, he was Vice President, Legal & Administration for Netarx, LLC. During a twelve-year period of explosive growth, Eric oversaw all operational functions including legal, purchasing, human resources, administration and vendor relations. Before Netarx, Eric worked as a consultant for both Arthur Andersen LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers, servicing a broad array of Fortune 500 clients.
Vice President, Marketing
Lisa Dreher joined Logicalis in 2002 and was appointed Vice President of Marketing for Logicalis in 2005. Bringing over 25 years of experience to the role, Lisa is responsible for the strategy, tactics and programs to create interest, demand and recognition for Logicalis and its products and services.
Prior to Logicalis, Lisa led a regional marketing team for Genuity (previously GTE Internetworking) where she defined marketing plans for the company's enterprise Internet access and managed hosting offerings. Her work at Genuity was recognized with an award from Communications Art Magazine. Prior to Genuity, Lisa spent a decade with Kingston Technology, a $4 billion hardware manufacturer, where she held several management positions in marketing communications, channel marketing, and product marketing. She managed marketing for the company's global partners in over 40 countries and was later responsible for product marketing driving initiatives that resulted in multi-million dollar incremental revenue growth. Lisa began her career in the advertising industry working for a Los Angeles, CA advertising agency where she was an account executive working with major accounts like Bacardi, Lawry's and Juanita's Foods.
Lisa holds an Master of Business Administration from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University, Fullerton.
Vice President, Human Resources
Mark Jenkins joined Logicalis as Director of Human Resources in 2002. Since then, Mark has been involved in the successful HR integration of eight companies. In all instances, Logicalis has been able to retain the valuable talent and intellectual capital of the acquired firms. Mark has also directed the implementation of leading-edge initiatives including the Consumer-Driven Health Plan (CDHP), domestic partner benefits, and a virtual mentoring tool. Mark has also overseen the development of Human Resources programs and services that are comprehensive in nature.
Prior to coming to Logicalis, Mark spent 25 years in Human Resources management positions at three Detroit-area healthcare systems. The skill sets he acquired in these organizations include leadership development, change management, organizational communications, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits and employee involvement.
