Chief Executive Officer
Vince DeLuca is responsible for all aspects of Logicalis US. He joined Logicalis in 2010 as the Chief Operating Officer. A decisive leader with established expertise designing and optimizing technology to drive business performance, Vince has held senior roles in various disciplines with Fortune 100 and entrepreneurial firms.
Prior to Logicalis, Vince served as Senior Vice President for Wipro with responsibility for Infrastructure Practice Service Delivery and Client Engagement. He joined Wipro in 2004 when Wipro acquired Infocrossing where he was a key executive. Vince guided Infocrossing through multiple acquisitions and organic growth initiatives.
Before Infocrossing, Vince managed the strategy group responsible for defining and implementing overall strategic direction for SMS, a midsized IT outsourcing firm. He also served as Vice President, Solutions Development for Marconi’s worldwide Enterprise Division, and was a board appointed member of the Global Executive Team responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a new Enterprise Division.
Chief Financial Officer
Sally Brandtneris is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Logicalis in the United States. In this role, Brandtneris is responsible for maintaining sound day-to-day fiscal management and controls, including the executive direction and oversight of finance, accounting, tax, and IT functions, as well as Logicalis’ banking and auditing relationships. She also directs financial strategy, planning and forecasting in concert with the CEO and executive team and leads the organization in making strategic, market-leading investments.
Brandtneris has 35 years of financial leadership experience in a variety of industries including the IT industry. She has held positions with Eaton Corporation, Ingersoll-Rand, Sun Microsystems, Apollo Computer, and IBM.
Before joining Logicalis, Brandtneris served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Stefanini IT Solutions where she provided financial leadership for 30 Stefanini entities that were geographically dispersed across Asia, Europe and the Americas and organized under a UK holding company, fully owned by a Brazilian entrepreneur. As the financial leader of the UK holding company, Brandtneris restructured the Latin American, European and Asian legal entities and achieved UK audit and tax compliance, reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). She also developed strategies to put in place a more effective tax strategy and modify the company’s capital structure. In 2015, Brandtneris was named a finalist for the "Crain's CFO of the Year Awards" annual competition conducted by Crain's Detroit Business.
Brandtneris holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from the University of Michigan. She is based in Logicalis’ Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, office.
Chief Sales Officer
Mike Houghton joined Logicalis US as its Chief Sales Officer (CSO) in October 2017. As the CSO, Mike is charged with developing and executing the organization’s consultative sales strategy, driving growth through new customer acquisitions and the movement of current clients to additional services and solutions. He works from Logicalis’ Tempe, Arizona, office.
With more than 25 years of technology and channel experience, Mike has a proven track record of building successful teams, growing business and increasing shareholder value. Before joining Logicalis, he served as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Tech Data’s U.S. and Canadian Enterprise Solutions business where he was responsible for both inside and field sales teams focused on VAR sales, emerging channel partners, government solutions, and recruiting across Tech Data’s North American regions.
Prior to Tech Data’s February 2017 acquisition of Avnet’s Technology Solutions business, Mike also held a variety of executive-level sales and solution-focused positions with Avnet as well as Revana (formerly Direct Alliance), Zones and Insight.
Mike attended Arizona State University where he earned two Bachelor’s degrees – one in Marketing and one in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management. He also sits on the board for the Arizona State University Professional Sales Advisory Group which works to create awareness and interest in professional sales among outstanding undergraduate students and to encourage these students to prepare for and pursue careers in this dynamic field.
Mike lives with his wife and four children in Chandler, Arizona. Outside the office, Mike enjoys watching his children compete in golf and soccer events.
Senior Vice President, Solutions & Services
Mike Martin is Senior Vice President for Solutions and Services and is responsible for the strategy and services for Logicalis U.S.
Prior to this role, Mike was the Vice President for Logicalis' Cloud Solution group responsible for developing and taking to market the cloud computing strategy.
With over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, Mike brings a wealth of management, consulting experience, industry trends & insight to Logicalis. Mike joined Logicalis via acquisition in 2006 and since then he has held numerous positions including Business Development Manager, Area Sales Director, and Director of Cloud Computing.
Prior to joining Logicalis, Mike spent 10 years at IBM, where he worked in various consultant and sales roles consulting on consolidation and virtualization technologies. Throughout his career, Mike has been a frequent speaker at events and collaborates with key technology providers in structuring innovative solutions.
Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Eric Tilds joined Logicalis in 2011, and was named Executive Vice President & General Counsel for Logicalis US in 2013. He leads the company's Legal Services Group and is responsible for the company's legal work, compliance and risk management. He also serves as Logicalis’ corporate secretary.
Eric has more than 15 years of experience as a general counsel to technology companies. Prior to joining Logicalis, he was Vice President, Legal & Administration for Netarx, LLC. During a twelve-year period of explosive growth, Eric oversaw all operational functions including legal, purchasing, human resources, administration and vendor relations. Before Netarx, Eric worked as a consultant for both Arthur Andersen LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers, servicing a broad array of Fortune 500 clients.
Vice President, Human Resources
Mark Jenkins joined Logicalis as Director of Human Resources in 2002. Since then, Mark has been involved in the successful HR integration of eight companies. In all instances, Logicalis has been able to retain the valuable talent and intellectual capital of the acquired firms. Mark has also directed the implementation of leading-edge initiatives including the Consumer-Driven Health Plan (CDHP), domestic partner benefits, and a virtual mentoring tool. Mark has also overseen the development of Human Resources programs and services that are comprehensive in nature.
Prior to coming to Logicalis, Mark spent 25 years in Human Resources management positions at three Detroit-area healthcare systems. The skill sets he acquired in these organizations include leadership development, change management, organizational communications, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits and employee involvement.
Vice President, Marketing
Marybeth Profrock, a strategic marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience, was named Logicalis Vice President of Marketing in January 2017. In her role, Marybeth is responsible for delivering marketing strategy, tactics and programs to create interest, demand and recognition for the Logicalis brand and its solution offerings. Working from the company’s New York headquarters, she plans and directs all aspects of the organization's marketing policies, objectives, financials and initiatives.
Marybeth’s vision is to drive digital transformation and improve user experiences throughout the customer lifecycle, and to create relevant and meaningful interactions that deliver predictable results and increase returns on investments for Logicalis, its partners and its clients.
Prior to joining Logicalis US, Marybeth served as a strategic marketing consultant working with regional technology firms to build and enhance marketing operational excellence. She served in several marketing roles, including Vice President of Marketing, during 12 years with Anexinet where she was responsible for managing an evolving company brand and driving business transformation. Marybeth has also held various marketing, sales, partner management and business development positions with Thomas Technology Solutions, a division of Reed Elsevier; Actium; and Softmart.
Marybeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialty in Services Marketing from Penn State University and certifications in inbound sales, inbound marketing, and digital strategies. She is an active member with CRN Women of the Channel and a frequent presenter at industry events. She lives with her husband and two children in the suburbs of Philadelphia and is also active in community charities, school and sports programs.
