Mr. Maxwell joined Logicalis as its Chief Legal Officer in 2000 to
oversee Logicalis' legal interests in all areas of corporate
business activity. Bringing over 30 years of business law
experience to this role, Mr. Maxwell also has oversight for
Logicalis' U.S. human resources function, where the primary
emphasis is professional recruiting and employee benefits.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Maxwell was in private practice
of law as managing partner in the Bloomfield Hills, Michigan law
firm of Denison Maxwell P.L.C. Rob's legal career has focused on
business and commercial law and encompasses a wide variety of
dispute resolution techniques including negotiation, facilitation,
mediation, arbitration and litigation.
Mr. Maxwell earned his BA cum laude from Denison University,
Granville, Ohio, and his JD from the University of Michigan Law
School. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the
State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice before the
Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of
Appeals, and the Michigan Supreme Court.
