Terry Flood
President and CEO

In 2007, Mr. Flood was promoted to President and CEO and is responsible for all aspects of Logicalis US. Terry joined Logicalis in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer and after five years in that position, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer where he oversaw Logicalis' North American internal operations including Order Fulfillment, Procurement, Human Resources and Information Technology.

Prior to joining Logicalis, he was CFO of Q2 Publishing, a Michigan-based sports marketing and publishing firm that counted among its client base such professional associations as the National Hockey League, National Basketball Association, U.S. Tennis Association, NASCAR and the PGA. In this role, he directed the Finance, IT and international distribution operations for the company's printed products.

Terry began his career in Silicon Valley in 1983 where he was deeply involved with the technology industry including experience in satellite technology, software development, "Big Six" audit experience focusing on technology companies and enterprise systems consulting. His career path provided extensive experience with hardware and software OEMs - including several firms that are now some of Logicalis' most important partners. The experience gave him a very strong understanding of the reseller and consulting markets, as well as the venture capital and mergers and acquisition businesses.

Terry holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Western Michigan University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. With two sons attending the University of Michigan and his youngest son in high school, he stays active by trying to keep up with them on the golf course, ski slopes, and on the lake where they love to wakeboard. Terry lives in Farmington Hills, MI.
