Mr. Rafter is Vice President for Applications and Unified
Communication Solutions. He is responsible for solution design,
business development, and services delivery across North America.
Mr. Rafter brings 17 years of solution development expertise and
thought leadership to Logicalis.
He regularly works with Fortune 500 executive leadership to guide
strategic development and plan successful execution within their
organizations. He has built enterprise systems and delivery teams
for business process management, business intelligence, data center
strategy, enterprise data architecture and governance, retail
electronic commerce, content management, web services, and B2B
electronic commerce. He has helped create and refine
industry-leading tools for enterprise data management, and has been
instrumental in defining data management, enterprise reporting,
business intelligence and enterprise portal strategies for a number
of Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Rafter’s background combines extensive
business and financial training with deep technology knowledge, and
he has published a number of articles on the subjects of IT
strategy and business-IT alignment.
He has held professional positions as Vice President of Project
Management and Vice President of Product Development at various
firms. He served as a Lead Architect in Cap-Gemini Ernst &
Young’s Critical Technologies Group. He previously worked in the
Financial Services industry where he developed successful
broker-dealer operations for major financial firms.
Mr. Rafter is an Oracle-Certified Enterprise Integration Architect,
and a member of the Worldwide Association of Software Architects.
He holds Master of Business Administration degrees in both
management and finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern
School of Business.
Mr. Rafter lives with his family in Scottsdale, Arizona.
