Iffert
VP, IBM Solutions
Prior to the acquisition of Solution Technology Inc. (STI) by
Logicalis, Mr. Iffert was Director of IBM System p Sales where he
led double digit growth year over year to build the largest brand
at the company. He maintained that role in Logicalis and
successfully grew the System p brand to well over $50 million in
sales revenue.
His current position as Vice President of IBM Solutions utilizes
his experience and background in IBM sales and customer support to
help Logicalis provide leading edge solutions to our customers. In
this capacity, he manages a world class team of brand directors and
technical consultants that uniquely positions Logicalis as a leader
in the marketplace for IBM solutions.
Mr. Iffert built his career at IBM spending over 10 years in a
variety of roles including technical support, sales and management.
He was on the original team to support the launch of the RS/6000
brand and successfully led sales in many large accounts in the
Chicago area. He was also responsible for leading a staff to manage
and execute a large outsourcing contract within IBM Global
Services. During his entire career, Mr. Iffert has focused on
delivering sales results by developing trusted customer
relationships and delivering on commitments.
Mr. Iffert has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University.
He currently lives in the Chicago area with his wife and three
daughters.
