The Challenge
Advocate's primary goal was to identify a cost-effective network maintenance plan structured to meet the unique needs of the healthcare industry. Time-consuming asset management tasks had to be eliminated and costs contained while still maintaining an effective contingency plan.
The Solution
Logicalis leveraged its signature 24x7 Response Maintenance Program and customized a three-year contract that eased Advocate's internal staff administration responsibilities, protected and leveraged new technology deployment and eased time-consuming management tasks.
This included maintaining Advocate's equipment configurations at Logicalis' Technical Response Center to bring about quick problem resolution.
