	Andy Wood, SVP & CIO - Wilton Re Andrew J. Wood is senior vice president and chief information officer of Wilton Re. He joined the firm from Swiss Re Life & Health where he was the North American chief technology officer. Mr. Wood held several positions with Swiss Re including the global research and development manager. Prior to joining Swiss Re, Mr. Wood was with Mercantile & General Reinsurance in England. Mr. Wood received a B.Sc. in computing from North Gloucestershire College of Technology, England. Mr. Wood has invested in a strategic managed services strategy for his company. Mr. Wood will share his experience and how it has allowed his team to focus on business analysis, process analysis, information analysis, project management, and relationship management. Eric Goodness, VP of Research – Gartner Eric Goodness is a Vice President at Gartner Research, where he is the Agenda Manager and customer lead for Managed Services. His research and advisory services focus on customer and vendor outsourcing and IT services issues. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Goodness held senior positions within the communications outsourcing and IT services industry. His experience includes operations and field management, strategic planning, and services marketing. In his most recent vendor position, Eric served as the senior manager of services marketing for Nortel Networks Global Customer Care and Professional Services organizations, where his duties included business planning, go-to-market strategies, practice development, field marketing, and sales and alliance programs for both Enterprises and Service Provider organizations. Mr. Goodness is passionate about helping end-users and vendors navigate the managed services and outsourcing markets. Mr. Goodness will be presenting research findings from Gartner on the Managed Services market. Terry Flood, President - Logicalis In 2007, Mr. Flood was promoted to President and is responsible for all aspects of Logicalis US. Terry joined Logicalis in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer and after five years in that position, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer where he oversaw Logicalis' North American internal operations including Order Fulfillment, Procurement, Human Resources and Information Technology. Mr. Flood will be available to share his unique perspective on the financial and business benefits managed services provides. Mike Cox, Chairman - Logicalis Mr. Cox was appointed Chairman of Logicalis' U.S. division in 2007. Previously, he was president and CEO and was appointed to the position in 2003, just one year after joining the company as executive vice president of sales and delivery in North America.
