Hosted Email – we offer a fully-hosted, integrated messaging management solution that reduces the complexity, cost and resources required to manage your Exchange environment. Hosted Exchange enables your organization to enjoy the rich capabilities of Exchange email without all the work normally required to manage and maintain an Exchange email system.

Service Now – our on-demand IT Service Management (ITSM) tool provides enhanced portal functionality for ticket handling, ticket timers and workflow, and ITSM can be extended to your environment for complete help desk functionality.
