You must then incorporate them into requirements for selection and implementation of the right tool. In many cases, organizations don’t have the time or expertise to do this without assistance.

- Work with a partner who has years of experience; leverage your partner’s expertise to ensure a smooth implementation
- Look for a partner who can provide recommendations grounded in sound business judgment, based on best practices, and will customise the solution to your business unique requirements
- Use pre-built questionnaires based on ITIL, COBIT, and ISO to understand your current process and define gaps.
