Jon Groves

Jonathan Groves
Chief Executive Officer

Jonathan Groves is the Chief Executive Officer for Logicalis US, an international IT solution and managed services provider. In this role Jonathan is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the company, as well as leading the US executive team.

A proven leader in sales and services, Jonathan brings more than 20 years of enterprise technology and engineering experience to Logicalis. He joined the company from ConvergeOne, where he served as Executive Vice President of US East. In this role, Jonathan successfully grew revenue with responsibility for sales, professional services, managed services and business operations. Prior, Jonathan was the CEO of AOS, a leading consultative technology partner that was acquired by ConvergeOne in December 2017.

Throughout his career, he has honed his expertise in strategic planning, process implementation and business development, while also ensuring a strong focus on team building and mentoring. Jonathan has held both sales and technical leadership roles at technology companies including Presidio and Cisco, where he focused on leading corporate direction and strategy. Prior to Cisco, Jonathan distinguished himself as an engineer in the Air Force and at American Airlines.

Jonathan is based in the Logicalis US office in Bloomfield Hills, MI.

Sally Brandtneris

Sally Brandtneris
Chief Financial Officer

Sally Brandtneris is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Logicalis in the United States. In this role, Brandtneris is responsible for maintaining sound day-to-day fiscal management and controls, including the executive direction and oversight of finance, accounting, tax, and IT functions, as well as Logicalis’ banking and auditing relationships. She also directs financial strategy, planning and forecasting in concert with the CEO and executive team and leads the organization in making strategic, market-leading investments.

Brandtneris has 35 years of financial leadership experience in a variety of industries including the IT industry. She has held positions with Eaton Corporation, Ingersoll-Rand, Sun Microsystems, Apollo Computer, and IBM.

Before joining Logicalis, Brandtneris served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Stefanini IT Solutions where she provided financial leadership for 30 Stefanini entities that were geographically dispersed across Asia, Europe and the Americas and organized under a UK holding company, fully owned by a Brazilian entrepreneur. As the financial leader of the UK holding company, Brandtneris restructured the Latin American, European and Asian legal entities and achieved UK audit and tax compliance, reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). She also developed strategies to put in place a more effective tax strategy and modify the company’s capital structure. In 2015, Brandtneris was named a finalist for the "Crain's CFO of the Year Awards" annual competition conducted by Crain's Detroit Business.

Brandtneris holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from the University of Michigan. She is based in Logicalis’ Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, office.

Jeff Wilms

Jeff Wilms
Chief Revenue Officer

Jeff Wilms is Chief Revenue Officer for Logicalis US. He is responsible for sales, pre-sales and vertical teams in the organization, driving growth for Logicalis’ solutions and services with existing customers as well as with the acquisition of new clients.

Jeff has an extensive and successful track record on the sales side at Logicalis, which he joined in 2006 as an Area Sales Director. He became the organization’s Vice President of Sales – Midwest in 2015, showing growth throughout the Midwest region through solution led selling, aligning our services capabilities to our partners.

Jeff has nearly 25 years of experience in IT sales. Prior to joining Logicalis, Jeff worked at IBM for 10 years in various sales roles. Jeff is based out of Downers Grove, IL and is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University.

Michael McClain

Michael McClain
Chief Operating Officer

Michael McClain is the Chief Operating Officer for Logicalis US with responsibilities for all Professional Services, Managed Services, Support Services, Application Development, and Facilities Management.

A seasoned executive with over 25 years of solution selling and thought leadership. Before joining Logicalis, Michael worked in M&A consulting within the Technology, Media, and Financial space providing opportunities and due diligence efforts to many Private Equity and investment banking firms. As the former Sr VP of Customer Experience at Pivot Technology Solutions, Michael built a team of solution experts in 19 different countries, overseeing global sales, professional services, and managed services with expertise in Technical Governance, SaaS, Security, and Integrated Technical Marketing.

Having begun his technology career in the US Air Force, Michael continued to expand his capabilities as an engineer rising to become one of the leading Software Solution Architects in the advanced communications and contact center space with industry companies like Verizon, Avaya, Dimension Data and Pivot Technology Solutions. Through Merger and Acquisition activity Mike pioneered sales techniques in integrated tech marketing by which technology solutions are provided through the operational portion of the business rather than technology sales through Information Technology groups. With a laser focus on products, people, and process, he sharpened his abilities to enhance both top and bottom-line financials for many leading companies around the world.

Michael is based in the Logicalis' West Chester, OH offices.

Michelle Andreas

Michelle Andreas
Vice President, Marketing

Michelle Andreas is the Vice President of Marketing for Logicalis US. She is an IT veteran with nearly two decades of experience working with channel companies to develop and promote their go-to-market strategies. At Logicalis she oversees the US-based marketing organization where she is responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy including public relations and communications, customer and employee events, as well as regional marketing strategy.

Prior to joining Logicalis US, Michelle served as Director of Vendor Marketing for Tech Data's Cisco and IoT vendors where she led a team of brand managers focused on demand generation, events and communications to reseller partners in the Americas. Prior to her marketing role, Michelle was a Supplier Business Executive (SBE) for the NetApp solutions business within Technology Solutions, Americas. As an SBE, she was responsible for the development and execution of the strategic business plan between NetApp and Avnet (now Tech Data) ensuring proper alignment in key growth areas.

Michelle joined Avnet in 2006 as a Brand Marketing Manager for HPE, working closely with reseller partners to help them grow and leverage Avnet program offerings. Through 2015, Michelle led several marketing and business development teams across multiple Avnet brands - including Oracle, Riverbed and Brocade. She launched her career serving in several marketing capacities at Insight Enterprises prior to joining Avnet.

Based in Tempe, Arizona, the Chicago native earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University. In her spare time, she loves to hike, lift weights, watch documentaries, volunteer, and spend quality time with family and London, her rescue Pomeranian.

Mark Jenkins

Mark Jenkins
Vice President, Human Resources

Mark Jenkins joined Logicalis as Director of Human Resources in 2002. Since then, Mark has been involved in the successful HR integration of eight companies. In all instances, Logicalis has been able to retain the valuable talent and intellectual capital of the acquired firms. Mark has also directed the implementation of leading-edge initiatives including the Consumer-Driven Health Plan (CDHP), domestic partner benefits, and a virtual mentoring tool. Mark has also overseen the development of Human Resources programs and services that are comprehensive in nature.

Prior to coming to Logicalis, Mark spent 25 years in Human Resources management positions at three Detroit-area healthcare systems. The skill sets he acquired in these organizations include leadership development, change management, organizational communications, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits and employee involvement.

Nancy Saltzman

Nancy Saltzman
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Nancy Saltzman is Logicalis’ Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. She provides leadership, strategy and direction to the company and oversees all legal activities including compliance and regulatory affairs. Nancy is a collaborative business partner and trusted advisor to Logicalis’ senior management and its board of directors.

Nancy joined Logicalis in January 2020, with over 25 years of legal experience and 15 years in executive leadership. Throughout her career, Nancy has advised companies ranging from startups to large, multi-national public companies, helping each achieve their growth objectives and maximize shareholder value. She has held several executive-level counsel roles, including Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Westcon Group, Inc., a sister company to Logicalis.

Nancy earned her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College in Economics and Political Science. She is on the New York Advisory Board of iMentor, an organization that partners with high schools in low-income communities to build mentoring relationships that empower first-generation students from low-income communities to graduate high school and succeed in college. Nancy is also on the Advisory Board of Women Owned Law, as well as on the Board of Governors of WRCC, where she is chairman of the Audit and Social Impact Committees.
